Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
At Just Ship It Shop, we aim to get your jewelry orders delivered to you as quickly and securely as possible.
• Order Processing Time: All orders are securely packaged and processed within 1 to 2 business days.
• Domestic Shipping (United States): We ship nationwide using standard carrier services. Delivery transit typically takes 3 to 5 business days once shipped. Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight.
• Local Pickup Option: Local customers can select the "Local Pickup" option during checkout to skip shipping fees. Pickup is available by appointment at our Cadillac, MI location. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to coordinate a convenient time and provide the pickup address details.
• International Shipping: We currently focus on domestic shipping within the United States. Please contact us directly before placing an order if you require international delivery options.
